Where is circular reference?

I'm using Excel 2002. I have a spreadsheet with several function cells.
When I open the sheet, I get a circular reference message. It doesn't tell
me where the reference is. I can click OK and the help appears or Cancel
and the popup goes away.

How can I find out which cell is causing the circular reference?

Click on TOOLS MENU then click CUSTOMIZE then click the
TOOLBARS tab and select the CIRCULAR REFERENCE check box
and you will get a pop up for locating and resolving
circular references.
