Intel recommends always to install the latest version which in this case
will be v:13.0

Older versions are offered in case the latest version causes problems..

Go for v:13.0

First, you should back up all of your important files, anything that you
have produced or downloaded where it would be difficult or inconvenient to
get it again.

Download all of the Vista drivers for your model from the HP website and
save them to a CD or DVD.

As long as you have not deleted the HP recovery partition, you should still
be able to re-install the Spanish version if you do not get along with the
English version

You then have to set your computer to boot from CD/DVD by resetting the boot
order in the computer BIOS.

Restart the computer and place the Windows DVD into the DVD drive.

Then follow the onscreen instructions which follow..
