Where does Frontpage 2003 cache

Every time I open a site I am working on, I get a
different version then that which is actually on the
Server.
I'm not sure what's happening, but no matter what I try,
I'm not getting 2003 to save what is viewed in Frontpage,
the actual index.htm is all but blank with only a few
words left.
What I see in Frontpage is correct, but I'll be darned if
it'll save it to anything but a few words.

Shut down FrontPage.
Clear your browser history and cache files.
Then do a file search for *.tmp and delete what it finds.
Then search for *.web and delete what it finds.
Reopen FrontPage and see if it's better.
