Where does a beginner ask a VBA question?

I have a question on VBA and I can't find an Access newsgroup devoted
to VBA without reference to other items.

VBA for other applications are listed. Where do I ask my question?

This newgsroup is one place, microsoft.public.access.gettingstarted is
another, and microsoft.public.access.modulesdaovba is a third.
