where do locate windows explorer in vista

what do you mean you can't locate it? it's loaded automatically as soon as you start vista
 
Im trying to manage files and folders. It appears this new OS does not
provide the same menthod as Xp. example..a windows explorer icon. your help
is greatly apprecated. Many Thanks.

The direct path to it is: %SystemRoot%\explorer.exe

The navigation path to it is: Start|All Programs|Accessories

It's there and I am using it ;-)

I tried the "Start- all programs- accessories, but my start , all programs
does not then list "accessories". How do I get that back???
