While tiding my computer, I've accidentally deleted files that will open up
my Microsoft Office Outlook. Ya, dumb... I need the contacts and emails
from outlook. Can I retrieve my emails and contacts? If so how?

What files did you delete? Are you saying that Outlook no longer opens? What
error message(s) are you seeing in this case?

If you are looking for your mails, calendar, contacts, etc. they are located
within your Outlook data file. The default name for this file is outlook.pst.
Hopefully this is not one of the files that was deleted.

I don't know which files got deleted. Outlook no longer opens along with
"Word, Excel..." When atempting to open a box comes up titled "Windows
Installer". After thinking it eventually get to a error message.
"Installation Error: File not Found. A required installation file SKU011.CAB
could not be found."

Sounds bad...

Repair the Office installation with your original install CD.

The files that run these office programs are scattered all over the computer,
can you check your Recycle Bin and restore everything deleted on the day you
deleted everything?
