where do I find the new security patch for my pc

Hi, please tell me where the download is located for the
new microsoft security patch. Thank you
 
Start/All Programs/windows Update.
Install ALL Critical Updates.
If there are a lot, install 3-4 at a time, follow the prompts and
reboot.
Then go back and get others 3-4 at a time.
