Where do I change the workgroup name?

I went too fast in setting up my new computer and now I have the default
workgroup name and I want to change it. I spent an hour looking. Now I'm
ready to ask for help.

Right click My Computer>Properties>Computer name, dominan....>selecct
"change settings".
