Where did "HTML options" go in Outlook 2007?

In previous versions of Outlook, if I wanted to embed a link (<a href=...>)to
a picture instead of embedding the actual picture in emails, I would go to
Tools->Options->Mail Format tab->Internet Format button and in the dialog
under the heading "HTML options" I would *uncheck* "When an HTML message
contains pictures located on the Internet, send a copy of the pictures
instead of the reference to their location". But this heading and checkbox
don't exist in this location on Outlook 2007. Has it moved to a new
location? It appears the option still exists, as another user with Outlook
2007 that upgraded from Outlook 2003 who had that option unchecked prior to
the upgrade sends mail with links instead of pictures just fine. I'm
guessing it was stored in the registry somewhere and was picked up after the
upgrade, but how can I with a clean install have the same setting?

That is a registry only option now;
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Options\Mail
Insert-> New-> DWORD
Name; Send Pictures With Document (note the spaces)

With a value of 1 you'll include the picture with the message instead of as
a link.
If the value is set to 0 or when the key is missing you'll send a link

Thanks for the response and registry info. Any idea why this was dropped
from the GUI in 2007? Boy with "not-really-HTML" embedded images versus
winmail.dat RTF, email compatibility for anything outside of plain text is
getting tough these days...

Not really. I think that their customer experience data revealed that the
option wasn't used that often and degraded to a "registry only" option.
You'll have to ask Microsoft for an official statement ;-)

How do I change the registry for this - and if this were to be added to a
machine using outlook 03 would it matter?

Ok - I think I got the registry changed, but now the hot spots on my image
aren't working - all the links are gone. Can I have the images called form
the web and still have the links that are associated with the images? There
are 4 separte links on the image.
