Where Clause works by itself but not together? Please Help...

Hello All,

Small problem, why does this work if I use one or the other in 'where
clause' but not both? Yes, the first part is numeric and the second part
text. I checked that twice. The error message I get is 'Type Mismatch'


DoCmd.OpenReport "rptCoverSheet", acViewPreview, , "[pID]=" &
Me![txtProjectID] And "[ikCode]='" & Me![cboIndexKeyID] & "'"

I found this when I was trying to find how to manipulate the WHERE
clause which helped.
