Where can I find the preset color index numbers for Excel?

Lot's of examples about changing interior cell colors etc. to 5 or 3 or
whatever.
Where is the table of numbers from 1 to 56 that show what number relates to
what color. Been searching way too long. Thanks

Activesheet.Range("B" & i).Interior.ColorIndex = i
