Where can I find my preferred PC?

Hi:

I posted something similar when I was confused. Sorry for the repetition.

The PC I am trying to find is a desktop [not laptop] that is a
compromise among the following:

1. Uses the least power
2. Fastest speed
3. Lightest weight
4. Generates the least amount of heat
5. Generates the least amount of noise
6. Most memory
7. Most storage space
8. Smallest physical size
9. Longest lifetime [unlike Flash RAM chips who lose their abilities to
function rather quickly due to electrons tearing their way through the
insulators]
10. Takes up the least amount of physical space in the room.
11. Greatest compatibility with most hardwares and softwares
12. Fastest internet speed
13. Anything else most would consider advantageous to a PC [e.g. virus
protection and security]
14. Least expensive
15. Available is most stores [e.g. Best Buy, Circuit City]
16. Can most efficiently perform audio/video processing as well as
CD/DVD writing/reading at highest speeds with least errors.
17. Can most efficiently multitask
18. Can most efficiently perform Java and JavaScript applications

It is important to note that some of the above requirements may cancel
the extent to which the other requirements can be met. That is why I
said “compromise”.

Is there anything close to what I'm looking for?

Thanks,

Radium
Why dont you take a stiff drink??
Instead of trolling with the above pink elephant?
The drink might let you see one, you know....

Since I know you aren't buying anything.

1) Barebones case. Motherboard with built-in (chipset) graphics suitable for
desktop applications. Only 250W supply. If you're a gamer, add a video
card. At least one reviewer for this item, added an 8800GTS, which is
pushing things with respect to the power supply. If you don't add a
video card, the 250W supply is plenty.

Shuttle SG33G5B Intel Socket T(LGA775) Intel Core 2 Quad / Core 2 Duo /
Pentium Intel G33 2 x 240Pin Intel GMA 3100 Barebone with
HDMI/HDCP/Dolby Digital Live! DTS/Vista ready - Retail $320

http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductReview.aspx?Item=N82E16856101034

2) 2GB of any old RAM. 2x1GB DDR2-800 CAS4. $80
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductReview.aspx?Item=N82E16820609026

3) Intel E6850 processor Fastest 65W processor in dual core. $280
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115028

Assuming you have a monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, CDROM, from
your existing computer, total so far is $680.

The E6850 at 3GHz, is roughly equivalent to a P4 at 4.5GHz, for integer
instructions. It is also true dual core, and not hyperthreading like a
P4 would be.

With smallness, comes power limitations. By using a case this small, the
power supply is limited in capacity. If you want more graphics power in
your solution, make the box bigger. This is one reason I wouldn't buy one
of these.

Since the processor only uses 65W when fully occupied, that won't make
much of a dent in the 250W supply. Adding a 130W video card, like one of
the 8800 series, on the other hand, requires checking the actual limits of
the supply they include. So far, I cannot find anything truly worthy on
the Shuttle site, in terms of documentation (the stuff I looked at so far,
didn't tell me anything I needed to know). I'm currently downloading
a document from their site, which is 60MB in size, and the download
will be finished by tomorrow some time.
