What do you mean by "the MS Access dashboard"?

The dashboard is a manager tool for all one's Access databases. Apparently it
can created by a developer or bought commercially. Unfortunately, MS doesn't
appear to provide much documentation on this feature. There seems to be more
documentation for Excel dashboards, but I need docs for Access.
