Where can I download the "full" (!) SP3 for russian WinXP?

The russian WinXP installation of a friend works currently only with SP2.
We do not want to use the MS auto-update function.
So we are searching for a way to download the FULL (!) russian SP3 for russian WinXP.

Does someone know a download-link for that?
