Where can I download RC2 please?

Might try bittorrent or the like, the download from Microsoft is closed.

Not saying they are a good idea nor am I promoting the use of an illegally
downloaded copy, but the official download is closed and will not be
reopened, so they are the only alternatives. Frankly, illegal distribution
of the various beta builds has been rampant and widespread, and I've seen
nothing in the way of legal action to suggest that it is being discouraged.

Shouldn't the requirement of a key have limited access to the beta builds?.
Or are there key generators 'out there'?.
 
Haven't spotted a keygen yet, but that doesn't mean they don't exist. If the
OP has RC1 already, then the same key can be used for RC2.
