where I can buy the Microsoft Windows Vista Home Basic N OEM-Edition? In
my town I can't find one reseller and no Online-Shop sells this version.

The N version is a Windows Media stripped version for countries of the
EC. It is indeed rather difficult to obtain, especially in OEM version...

You refer to the Starter edition, for the 3rd world countries.
