questions about building databases in the application, Microsoft Access.

Have you tried searching for what you need? There are tons of letter
templates out there.

I would suggest maybe a word processing or business newsgroup would be
better. Your question does not appear to be related to Access Database.
While it is possible to use Access to generate "cancellation" letters this
group is for questions about the database part of the problem, not the
wording or construction of the letter.
