Where are Safe & Blocked Senders Lists Stored?

I am recovering from a Computer. I have copied my pst file to the new
Outlook 2003 files and have that working.

I would like to also restore the lists of safe and blocked sender. I
would appreciate advice on where those lists are stored and how to
restore them to the new installation of Outlook 2003

They're in the .pst file. If the .pst file you copied is your default store, they should already be working for you.
