I have serious problem. I developed a small system in Access 2003, where the
users entered 1000 records. When it reached the 1006 record, all the previous
1000’s are gone!!

If they try to query for the previous 1000 records, nothing comes!!

Please help!

There's no such limit built into Access. Is it possible that someone
accidentally deleted the records?

1. are the records in the table?
2. which query?

1 Option: go to the computer
2 Option.: ask the owner to open the table
3 Option : ask the owner to send you the mdb
4 Option: pay me to do 1,2 or 3
