Whenever I type a web address I am given an MSN search page?

Whenever I try to type in a web addy or try to click on a web address I'm sent to an MSN search page. I can't get anything but my home page.

in ie ,tools,options,advanced,uncheck'enable third party
browser extensions',apply..then download spybot at
safer-networking.org and update,scan on easy and remove
hijacker.
