my operating system is windows xp english version, few days ago i install
micorsoft .net frame version 1.1 'cause a certain software need it. i did it
in administrator account. after installation, i found when i click 'my
computer' or 'control pannel', the explorer will be shut off immediately
without any message or alarm, the only thing i can do is press down
Ctrl+Alt+Delete to call out the task manager and run explorer again.
can you tell me how to deal with this?
