When typing, fonts are always white.

The default color for fonts in Front Page 2003 seem to always be in white. I
have tried everything I know of to change the default color to black but with
no success. Anyone have this problem and if so what is the solution?
 
Are you using a theme? If so, modify the theme to change the font
colour.
If you are not using a theme, the default font colour *is* black
Perhaps you have the entire page selected, which will render in design
view as a negative.
