When to use the tools...

Microsoft isnt always the best at doing documentation for their tools
and applications. They tend to document what it does, and not so much
WHY you would want to use it. So, for anyone who is willing to... can
you look at the list at this link:

Hi,

Each tool listed (and there are many) can be used in distinct scenarios or in
conjunction with one another to perform many different operations. There is
just way too much to describe here.

You might want to ask a question pertaining to a particular tool, or better
yet just tell the group what you're trying to accomplish and someone can
recommend the appropriate tool for you.

There are also a lot of books and websites dedicated to explaining the .NET
Framework and its various tools in depth. I imagine that you'll learn a lot
more from that material then you will in this thread.
