When sycn'g my phone outlook insert a 2nd meeting 5 hrs later?

My phone and outlook duplicate the appointments with an exact 5 hour time
difference. How do I resolve this problem?
 
It's a long shot but see if your phone has a time zone associated with it
and make sure it's the same one as Outlook thinks
