When Sending and receiving I get My mails every Time......

I am having a problem with Outlook 2003. Every time I send and receive i get
all the mails I have on my server.

I have tried to not save mail on server same problem. I have tried to use OE
and it is not a problem in OE.

I am going nuts here.... 700 new mail and it is in reality 15 new mails.

Do you receive any errors at the end of a send/receive session in Outlook?
Outlook normally only deletes the messages off the server once a session has
completed successfully

No that is the problem..... It is like Outlook don't tell My mail provider
that It has downloaded the mail already.

Doesn anyone out there know the answer, this is happening to me today. I
noticed it when I got over 200 text messages on my cell phone. By the time I
got to my computer it add downloaded all my e-mail about 3 times. Roughly
5000 e-mails. Does any one know what is going on.
