When send out 1 e-mail, it will send 2 e-mails

I am having a concern regarding when I send out one e-mail it will send two
e-mail of the same item to the same person.

In other words: The person I sent a email to will receive 2 e-mails from me.

Usually caused by anti virus applications intergrated with the mail
application ie scanning incomming/outgoing mail.
Unless you see two sent msgs its likely the recepients end, not yours

Well, that problem could be caused at your end or at the recipient's end.
Go to Tools, Accounts, and make sure there isn't a duplicate of that mail account.
