When scaling the page size, how do I not also scale the headers a.

I'm trying to scale a bunch of excel documents down to make them fit on a
single page. However, when I scale the page, it also scales the headers. This
is causing problems because for various reasons I won't get into, I need the
headers to be the same size throughout. Any ideas anyone?

AFAIK this is not possible with Excel

You can't do this with XL, but you can do it by inserting an XL sheet
into a Word document...
