When logging-in

I mean, which wild card characters could be used in place of letters in a name.

Again, you cannot use wild card characters in the log-in name.
It has to be exactly spelled exactly as the computer was programmed for.

Re-phrasing the question does not change the fact that there are no wild
characters that can be be used in a login.
