when items arrive in inbox only notify when a certain importance

I only want to be notified when I receive important emails. Can you add
selecting an importance to the "When new items arrive in my Inbox" Advanced
E-mail Options popup?

You can create a rule that will create a desktop or new item alert for items
with a specific importance. You can then turn off the general alert.
