When I Try to Use A Web Services ----Access Denied

Hi there,
IS Any one know what cause the Access Denied Error when I try to use a web
Services (through a proxy class)??
 
Your website / virtual directory isn't allowing anonymous users?
 
Thank all of you who replied my question. I've solved the problem. It's
caused by IIS setup (not allowing anonymous). Thank you again.
