When I start XL I get error message "Compile error in Hidden Modu.

When I start & close XL I get an error message That reads " Compile error in
Hidden Module: AutoExecNew. Must be closed three times before XL opens and
closed three times before closing XL. All updates are installed. Any help
would be appreciated.
