When I print a size 10 envelope the text turns out real light.

When I print a size 10 envelope with WORD, the text is real light. If I
change the settings to any other size envelope the text is OK. I have checked
the printer settings.
 
Have you checked your font settings for that envelope? (I'm winging it here
but it's worth asking.)
 
Thanks JoAnn I tried that first but it didn,t work.
