When I open a word doc it opens in print preview why?

Every time I open a word attachment from outlook it opens up in print
preview. I see two pages on the screen.
I need to get rid of this feature and don't know how
I tried page set up and nothing worked
Is there an option to select how to view attachments in outlook?

click in Word on tools> options>general and delete the marking before "allow
starting in "Reading layout".

that should help?!
