When I close Outlook 2003 (File-Exit) it remains in the system tray.
Outlook.exe is still running. Is there an option / elegant way to stop the
process apart from killing it ?
Thanks...

Hi,

Could you check if Outlook is listed as a Start-Up Item under C:\Documents
and Settings\<User Name>\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

Or Go to Start > Run > msconfig > Start-Up > and disable any process related
to 'outlook.exe'

Rgds,
