when i enter time in cell it changed, why?

When I entered time (45:32) in cell (total No. of working hour in week), its
changed into 14/01/1900 11:44:00 AM, please guide me to solve this problem
and tell me how to add time?
 
Format>cell>number>custom [hh]:mm
