When given for shut down command its restarting

When given the shut down command the system going for shutdown and after its
aslo restarting, can any one suggest the answer please

Sounds like it is crashing instead of shutting down. Turn off AutoReboot
in System Properties, Advanced, Startup and Recovery. Now when it
happens you should have an error screen with stop codes and the problem
file listed. Provide the exact message received and folks can help.
