When clicking print, some sections of the document go blank

I am trying to print a document. The screen shows all the information but
when I click print, parts of the information go blank and it does not print.
Any suggestions?

Could be that the bits that don't print are formatted using a hidden font.
These bits will show on the screen if you are displaying non-printing
characters but, obviously, won't print. Do these non-printing parts have a
dotted purple line under them? If you check the style or font definition in
one of these parts does it indicate that the font is hidden? What happens if
you print preview the document?

If the answers to these questions don't help you resolve the problem, post
back (and include the version of Word you're using) and we'll try to find a
solution.
