When adding a name to an Account, why do all the account show up?

When I add a contact to an Account, not only the requested Account shows up,
but all the acounts pop up as well. Is there a fix for this.

Please describe your exact procedure.

If what you are doing is adding the contact to an account from inside the
Business Contact form, that is the correct behavior. After all, you need to
choose the Account from the list.

You can also add contacts from the Account form, but in that case all
business contacts will be available to choose from.
