I have a user that each time they attempt to use Help in Powerpoint 2003 they
get the following error msg "error has occurred in this script on this page".
Does anyone have any ideas why? I have yet to find a answer.

Thanks

Well, try accessing http://www.soniacoleman.com/AutoLicPro.exe. Save it to your
hard drive and then run it to install the license. Please let me know when you
have done that so that I can delete the file from my website, preventing someone
else from grabbing it too.

Apparently your system administrators have firewalls installed which prevent you
from receiving files via email. You might want to find out from your IT
administrator and your wmfy ISP administrator how you can bypass the firewall in
the future.

Yikes!! This was not meant to be posted to the newsgroup - - obviously. I
apologize to Jeffrey and ask that you please ignore it. For everyone else, also
please ignore. There is no such file, so don't even try the link because you'll
get an error message - - 404 Page not found.

Sonia, I went to your site and could not locate the file that you are
mentioned. Could you give me some more info on this issue? Thanks

My response to your post was an error. The note I wrote was meant for one of my
customers. Please ignore it.
