Whats your favourite Beer or Lager

Stella / Kronenberg are my favorites :thumb:

Yummy yummy yummy :D

Tend to drink more real ale now as i hate all the chemicals in all the gassy Lagers and Bitters....

At the moment Wadworth 6xxx and Guiness are the order of the day...

Beer... Yeurgh.

Shots of Apple Sours or Rasberry Kiss are good... as is Reloaded Red Square and Smirnoff.

Im the unblokiest bloke when it comes to booze. Cant stand beer, makes me physically sick just the taste. And i have a cast iron stomach!

Murdoch got be on Exmoor & Cotleigh years ago, both brewed near him in Somerset.:thumb:
I will try most ales including Badger.:D

Tennents Super ... two cans and I'll sleep all day. I drank three once, oh boy!

One should try Tennents Velvet ... :thumb:

You can keep the rest of the gnats pee. ;)

I do like a beer with some 'flavour' and will buy a few "real beers" on occasions ... the odd one here-n-there is quite refreshing. :)

I do like Spitfire and Londons Pride :thumb: Not easy to get in Manc, but if we're ever in a proper pub a pint of that goes down nice :D

Ooohhhhh Special Brew.... Memories of my underage exploits come flooding back! ;)
I always thought Tennents Super tasted 'soapy'...

Now - I'll drink pretty much anything, but I think my favourite lager of all time is Lowenbrau - AKA Laughin'Brew.

LOL - As I write this, a colleague asked if I want to go for a couple after work.
Beer (Or in Chris' case, Vodka mixers) makes the world go round... and round....and round.... :D

HAHHAHHahaa mentioning Spitfire beer puts me in fits of laughter...

Some of their adertising slogans are absolutely fantastic.

Red Stripe and Corona are my favourites, though i'll drink most beers except Carlsberg and Stella, I cant stand em.

Nope, not a beer person myself... just don't like the taste & I've tried a few. Tend to prefer homebrew if I have to drink beer. Love the yeasty smell. Could happily sit there & sniff it... just don't want to drink the stuff.

Drink of choice at the moment is white russians. Love the smooth taste of milk with Khalua & the Vodka gives it extra bite ;) *yum*

Guinness, Spitfire, London Pride, Timothy Taylor Pale Ale and if I'm feeling yuppieish, Sols straight from the bottle with a slice of lime.

None of which, Mr Mucks, are gnats pee :p

I found this thread very interesting even though I do not drink. Allow me to share some interesting information with all you beer drinkers.

Take a look at this link which is piece of history, an interesting one indeed!

An interesting read Quad, there's some history there. It's a shame the gothic style buildings were lost.

This line gave me a chuckle :)

The virtues of beer brewed from barley malt & hops as a light alcoholic beverage were not lost on the local population who rapidly became avid consumers.

:D
