What's wrong with MS eCompany Store?

I can't establish TCP connection to shop.ecompanystore.com with SSL£¨no
ACK/Syn) for several days. I tried to TRACERT the site, the last router is
12.126.37.110 or 12.126.37.114, not 12.38.206.32(ecompanystore's IP).
Why? What's the problem?
Can anybody help me?
