He is the problem. I have an excel data sheet that is catagorized lik
this.

Conf 30
rate 30day 45 day
4.125 99.75 99.50
4.25 101.125 101.000
4.375 101.375 101.250
etc.
NonConf 30
rate 30day 45 day
4.125 99.75 99.50
4.25 101.125 101.000
4.375 101.375 101.250
etc.

I need to write a lookup that will find a catagory such as NonConf 3
and then select a group of data associated with that catagory as show
4.25 101.125 101.000. Is this possible and if so how

Though your Conf 30 and Nonconf 30 lists are identical, I assume that in
reality they will be different.
I also assume that you wish to identify (select) a category first, and then
perform a lookup within that specified category.

What I don't understand, probably because your lists are identical, is what
data are you *exactly* looking to be returned?

If the rates are constant, and the 30 and 45 day numbers will vary, do you
wish one time period or both time periods returned.

*OR*

Do you want the entire list to be displayed (returned), with just the user
selecting the category?

Need more info before any suggestions can be made.

Hi Bob,

I've just replied to your earlier request via private
email. Have sent you an attachment file.

The earlier description you provided does look a little
different from what you've posted here, though.
