Use the Oval tool on the Drawing Toolbar. Change the line color & weight to
whatever you wish and set the Fill Color to 'No Fill'. (BTW- You might also
want to go to Tools>Options>General to remove the check for 'Automatically
create drawing canvas...' first.)
