What's the easiest way to arrange pages in a booklet?

Is there a way to auto format a booklet so it prints pages in the correct
order?
 
If you have Word 2002 or above, select "Book fold" under "Multiple pages" on
the Margins tab of Page Setup. For earlier versions, see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/BookletPrinting.htm.

Note also that some printers offer a booklet printing feature. Or, if you
have a way to create a PDF from your document, you can open it in Adobe
Reader and print it as a booklet from there (this is especially handy for
documents that are created full size and need to be reduced to booklets).
