Posted 'as is'. If there are any spelling and/or grammar mistakes, they
were a direct result of my fingers and brain not being synchronized or my
lack of caffeine.
Explorer is the entire Desktop shell, not just the 'explorer' you launch
as a window to look at files. So it is doing a lot, and there is a lot
of code needed to do it
