What's the best way to change a full HDD? (Win XP Pro OS)

Hello,
I need to change one of my two physical Hard Disk Drives.

It's the first one, with the active partition (C:\) on it. Its 4.5gig in
size. The second existing HDD is 120 gig partitioned into three drives. (F,
G, H, ). This disk hold all my Data. It uses the FAT32 system.

I would like to format the new drive which is also 120 gig. I would then
have two physical HDDs both 120 gig.
My question is this -- After installing the new HDD as the first physical
disk, (formatting & installing Win XP Pro) will it be able to read the Data
on the second physical disk?

I am not bothered about re-installing programs its just the ability to read
Data on the second physical disk.

I have also taken into consideration the XP F.A.S.T. Wizard to transfer
settings etc., on to the new set-up. Also a full data backup is on my list
,too!

Many thanks if you can give me help. Andy Pomfret

You should have no problems in reading your second hard drive. You can keep
FAT32 on your second hard drive.

Most Hard drive companies have software that will transfer your old drive to
the new hard drive so you don't have to reinstall.
