Hi all,

In outlook 2003, often times when I receive an email, I don't know what to
reply yet; need to save the emails into a separate folder and revisit them
and reply them later... is there a one-stroke key to do that? I just want to
do it fast... and now the situation is that many times I have to search
previous folder to find an email to reply ...

Hi cfman,

you could create a new folder (sub folder in the "Inbox") "Answer later".

"File/New Folder", name this "Answer later".

After you received an email that you want to answer later, you can move this
email with the right mouseclick into this folder.

Maybe this helps.

That's too troublesome. I need a key... I think there should be a key stroke
to mark an email for later followup and put it into a separate folder...

Two clicks is more troublesome than one keypress? Over your lifetime a
keypress would save, what, about ten minutes altogether?
