Whats is this CoCreateInstance ???

Hi ... Whenever now i boot up i get a error >>>
CoCreateInstance <<< What is that ??? Please don't give
me a link to Google to read i have been there and still
can't figure it out ... If someone could please mention
what its used for and whether if i can deleted ??? Thanks
