What do these error messages mean?

I have been having some troubles with my pc ...it seems to lock up on me. What I mean by that is ...my screen disappears and I have to use my reset button just to get it up and running(ackkkkkkk) I have checked my eroor logs and these 2 keep showing up
->The COM+ Event System service terminated with the following error: The specified module could not be found
->Volume Shadow Copy Service error: Unexpected error calling routine CoCreateInstance. hr = 0x8007007e

If someone could explain this to me in laymans terms is would be greatly appreciated. TY in advance

Hi Sherri,

"8007007e or "Module not found" means that there aer some missing
files on your Windows installation. Most likely an error was
encountered during Windows setup. Or, these files got deleted by
mistake from the Windwos directory.

You might want to perform an in-place upgrade of your Windows OS - see
