whats disabling script debugger?

I have visual basic and if it detects line errors it asks
if I want to debug. I never want to debug. So I set
disable Script debugging on ie6.

But give it time, I'll receive line errors and do I want
to debug. Then ie6 options are set to enable script
debugging. What resetting what I'm setting
